"iij" means three (lower-case Roman numerals). Less ure about "prche" 
but suspect a mis-transcription. However, the first part of the word is 
probably one of the p.. contractions or abbreviations (pro, per, par 
etc) typical in the C16 Secretary hand and in medieval writing
