Hello Steve,
How nice to hear from you again. I see you did not ring in that quarter at St Chad's recently!
I have looked at the microfiche again. The writing is in an italic script and has been struck threw leaving it hard to read. Now that you think it is a 'Mr Street', it does seen to be that this is what I am looking for. Unfortunately no further info is given as to the location of this bell. I will alter my records accordingly. Thanks.
What a co-incidence! - I have just received an email from the Burton Family History Group regarding the window of The Good Shepherd. I have not looked at it yet. I gather that in it, there is a newspaper article plus an Order Sheet for the dedication service. I have discovered how much it cost and other dates but not, as yet, who made it. I'll have to open the email.

I think it may be mr Street. who was a solicitor for Bass Ratcliff and Gretton if I remeber correctly.
