[Bell Historians] Branfoy tract

In
the Lukis Family papers at
the Guernsey Museum there is part of a letter probably from Ellacombe to W C
Lukis dated 15/6/1857. It includes: 


 “I am sending a very scarce tract on
bellringing for you to read and copy if you like….The Author, Mr Branfoy, lived
in Sutton and the clergyman there has sent a copy. I have since found another
and sent it to Gatty”.

I have
not been able to find any other reference to this tract. Can anyone help?
