[Bell Historians] Badges.

I wonder if anyone can help me identify a couple of ringing badges? I have
been asked by a collector who has about 60 of them. Unfortunatley I have
not seen them to provide a description.
The first has the initial capitals : L.D.C.C.S.
The second: C. & N.W.

If anyone can obligue I would be greatful.
