[Bell Historians] Peal Board Database

Has any consideration being given to creating a central peal board
database, so that people can upload photographs to it. It has always struck
me that they are easy things to lose (fire etc), but fairly easy to
reproduce as long as there are photographs to show the exact description,
lettering style, size, colours, materials and design.
