The reference above shows a bell on Pleasant Street. I have tried using
Google Earth to locate it without success. If there is any kind person outside 
there who could photo the bell & determine its diameter I would be
eternally grateful.<<

 Can you tell if it is inside a building?
   I don't have any experience tracking down pokestops, but after fiddling with the map for a while, it seems to be on Pleasant Street in Watertown, not far from its original mill home. 
    A photo opens up if you hover over it with the mouse.
