[Bell Historians] Harrington tubular bells on eBay.co.uk

Unfortunately it's an incomplete set.  But has anyone seen anything like this before?  They seem to be too small to be Harrington's tower tubes; are these the size used in hall clocks?
 (Incidentally, the seller cribbed the "General history of Harringtons bells" from my Website!)
