[Bell Historians] Harrington tubular bells on eBay.co.uk

They are a typical set of ‘orchestral’ tubes as shown in their 1895 catalogue, though the framework is not Harrington’s.

Unfortunately it's an incomplete set.  But has anyone seen anything like this before?  They seem to be too small to be Harrington's tower tubes; are these the size used in hall clocks?
