Unfortunately I think these are different bells to the ones discussed recently - they are the clock in Alnwick Town Hall, as you say, not the peal at St Pauls, which are an octave in Eb, according to Dove. The nominals of the three bells are 2131Hz, 1779.5Hz and 2131Hz, approximately C, A, F#. There is no mention of them in the chimes spreadsheet on the Keltek site, nor do they appear in a quick web search. Does anyone have details?
