I think Nigel is spot on - the "stumpy" canons and the extra moulding wires
(four on the lower waist / soundbow) are classic Carr features, as would be
the lack of any inscriptions.

 

Shame the maker (and date) of the original clock isn't shown in the photos
as it would help to date the bells. Evans of Handsworth often used Carr
bells, but so did William Potts and Smith of Derby in the 1890s

 

Presumably it's all gone now
