[Bell Historians] How would you reply ?

I find it difficult to believe that a bell could be rung if the frame moved that much. 

 Whatever, I find it appalling that he has used this "event" to attack the CCCBR Towers and Belfries Committee, which actually doesn't exist as such any more, and I have written to the RW to say so,
