The bells were cast by Taylors for Smiths of Derby in November 1936. They are a diatonic set of five in F (i.e. notes F, G, A, A# and C), the largest being 23” diameter and weighing 2-1-24. They have the makers’ names on – but no special inscriptions. Taylors merely supplied the bells – and had nothing to do with the original installation, which was designed and executed by Smiths.
The clock tower is listed (grade II) - <https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101389536-clock-tower-cockfosters-ward#.Xk1wcSj7SUk> https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101389536-clock-tower-cockfosters-ward#.Xk1wcSj7SUk - as being in De Bohun Park, Bramley Road, Cockfosters, in the London Borough of Enfield
That’s about it really
