[Bell Historians] Enfield - Bramley Road Clock Tower

The bells were cast by Taylors for Smiths of Derby in November 1936. They are a diatonic set of five in F (i.e. notes F, G, A, A# and C), the largest being 23” diameter and weighing 2-1-24. They have the makers’ names on – but no special inscriptions. Taylors merely supplied the bells – and had nothing to do with the original installation, which was designed and executed by Smiths.
