I don't see what Mark's on about here either.

Clearly the course head is a lead head.

Even if it wasn't then a one-lead course would have no lead ends, so again 
all bells would be hunt bells.

In the current decisions it presumably wasn't deemed necessary to say "one 
or more equal parts" because one-lead methods are ruled out anyway.

For what it's worth I think "more working bells than hunt bells" ought to 
be dropped.  Why for instance is lh 214365 (cross differential) more 
worthy than 123564 (great grandsire)?
