Yes, Philip, I know that's how the current rules are being interpreted.

But is it RIGHT? If I change methods at leadheads other than rounds, I
expect to be ringing spliced. If you are not splicing, what the feck ARE you
doing?

It also seems a nonsense that the record for "most methods spliced" is less
than that for "most methods".

Am I on my own here?
