[r-t] Hudson stuff

No-one seems to have used the Hudson group the other way round, with the
group forming the plain course (for all other worthwhile groups it does
seem to have been done).  E.g.

plain method: &34.1.2.1.34.1 le 2; bob = - (variable hunt)
pick your own 720...

Perhaps the unavoidable multiple blows in the same place are the reason...
