[r-t] Doubles overworks

Leigh, there are 98 'regular' plain doubles methods.  Here 'regular'
means single-hunt, no more than four consecutive blows, and palindromic
symmetry.  Surprisingly three of them are still un-named. I've copied
them below.

I'm not sure where "24 standard over/underworks" comes from - you've
only got two changes to play with for an overwork...I thought there were
only six overworks (345.4, 345.1, 5.4, 5.1, 3.4, 3.1)
