In general, you cannot get extents of non-palindromic
doubles methods using just lead end calls. This is
true of Hose Bob Doubles.
However, of the 1316 non-palindromic plain doubles methods
with true 4-lead plain courses and no more than four
consecutive blows in one place, 46 of them do support
extents using lead end calls. These are listed below
together with an exhaustive list of callings for them.
(Note that methods which only support calling #2 do not have
any extents including any plain leads.)
