[r-t] re: Anglia and other decisions

Nice to see someone reads it, anyway. As usual, I'll reply more fully to
points that Harry and Graham raise as and when my tiny brain has finished
worrying specifically about Anglia! As a general thought, most people would
be very surprised (and pleased, I hope) once they realise how SIMPLE the
concept of extension is - it's the restrictions which make it hard!
(Remember, women say men can only do one thing at once - is this why there
are so few women conductors?)

As concerns Anglia, I'll put a paper on my web-site explaining my rationale
