The only composition I've seen of the 11 right-place
twin-hunt triples methods is PABS' composition which is on
page 13 of Composition 502.  It doesn't seem to be based on
Holt's Original, though.  (For a start, it's bobs only.)
Though I'm sure it's possible to produce a composition based
on Holt's Original, so perhaps someone else already has.
