[r-t] Double extent of Major

Am I correct in now (having been confused before) believing that this
property is true for all even stages. That is, for all stages 2N, a
true extent of a plain method with lead end order X is always a true
double extent of a treble dodging method with the same lead end order?
And just as much for non-Plain Bob lead ends as Plain Bob ones (single
hunt, non-differential).
