[r-t] Leary's 23-spliced

Just to follow up on my own email about 23-spliced, I'm told that Leary's
23-spliced composition was printed in the 1985 Ringing World, Chirstmas
edition (page 1085?). Is somebody able to forward the details to this
list?

It often surprises me how many notable compositions are not online. Why
don't the CC compositions committee digitise the various publications?
Serious question.  Some sort of wiki system for new comps would also be
good.
