 Of course you don't & neither does anyone else. The difficulties
arise when these 16 folks want to have their performance accepted by
the rest of the ringing fraternity as represented by the CCCBR. which
has its own rules as to what it will or will not accept. If they do
not like or do not accept this authority then that's their decision.
They ring 210 extents of Bob Minimus on the 5-6-7-8 with 1-2-3-4 &
9-10-11-12 staying put...who cares?
