For those that were worried:

I *never* take stuff from a search and just put it on my web site without 
proving it further. I always prove it in a different piece of software, which 
mostly formats stuff so I can't even introduce errors that way. For common 
methods I don't even have to type in the place notation, it looks it up (and, as 
soon as I get around to updating it, even for obscure methods it'll look it up, 
too).

That said, I have over the years introduced a few errors, though fortunately I 
don't think any (that I introduced, as opposed to errors introduced by others 
when publishing it elsewhere) have been rung before they were found.
