I'm siding with Robin - I think we may have to differ on the use of the term 
'arrangement'. To me it implies you have taken someone's composition and 
adjusted it to your personal tastes. There was no intent here to make use 
of an existing composition (I strongly doubt Ben was aware of it), therefore the 
term 'arrangement' seems to me to be incorrect.

And, sorry - I know I'm not answering the bit you're interested in!
