I'm naively assuming this isn't a wind-up...

MBD believes various properties of a composition are invariant under rotation.

Truth is an obvious property where this holds. 

The number of changes of method, MBD argues, is another such property.

So in the MBD view, for example, the touch LCL has two c.o.m, as does the touch LLC. It's all in the wraparound.

MBD is right, of course, but not many people pursue this particular mindset with such evangelical fervour.
