I'm looking for suggestions for putting together a composition of
spliced royal. Ideally I need something very soon...

I'd like to splice Yorkshire Royal with "winked up" Stedman doubles. I
described "winking up" under point (7) at:
http://www.changeringing.co.uk/wiki/index.php/Compositions_of_the_Decade_9_-_Maximus

Winked up Stedman is a gorgeous music-box with a plain course of 240
changes. The notation is:

p=
+x1470x1470x3670x3670x1458x1458x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x1458x1458x3670x3670x1470x1470x3670x3670

See
<http://ringing.org/main/pages/method?notation=x1470x1470x3670x3670x1458x1458x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x1458x1458x3670x3670x1470x1470x3670x3670&pn-query=Display&stage=10&le=>

I'm open to which calls to use, but to keep it simple would suggest eg
inserting places at change 44:

s=
+x1470x1470x3670x3670x1458x1458x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x3670x3670x1470x1470x1458x1458x3670x3670x1470x145670x3670x3670

I'd like a simple, elegant peal composition containing a few (2+)
winked-up blocks, with adjacent pairs of bells kept together. ie pairs
of singles affecting adjacent bells, eg something starting like s,3p,s,
4p,s, s,3p,s, to bring up 1243567890, then moving into Yorkshire.

I've been briefly playing around with that start and then a simple
Yorkshire calling like SW,M,M,W to bring up course-end 126543, and
repeating, but this has mild falseness issues.

An elegant framework is requested. Suggestions very welcome!
