OK, here's a peal on Ander's plan, using the set of "little Bristol"
methods. Here is the basic part, which produces 12 out of the 13 leads
of each course (the maximum possible on this plan), and has four of
those rung in reverse:

BTA0E89674523 Bristol Little

64820BT3A5E79 Bristol12 Little
x 5739BEAT20486 Bristol
08T6E4927A5B3 Bristol
AB234567890ET Bristol
x = 18
There are various other ways of putting together such a part, but they
all produce a peal of around 7500 changes, since the smaller little
methods only tend to be useful for a few leads. I like this particular
arrangement because it starts off with a big chunk of the plain course,
and, crucially, has back rounds and the 234567890ETAB1 change in the
"split" sections between the big bobs, meaning the former comes up at
handstroke (the feature Ander liked) and the latter at backstroke,
giving a wrap on rounds.
In order to get a reasonable peal length, the first six methods (up to
the first call) can be replaced with a single lead of Bristol12 Little;
this can be done in all but two of the parts, which can be chosen to
maximise the time in the most exciting cyclic music, as follows:
5040 Four-Spliced S Maximus (MBD)
234567890ETAB
3527496E8A0BT *Bristol Little
ABET907856342 *Bristol
BTA0E89674523 *Bristol Little

13 part. Replace the six starred leads with one lead of Bristol12 in
every part except 1 and 6 (or 1 and 7).
