Do you really want to be adding new restrictions that aren't there
today? Particularly ones that might have unintended consequences for
things rung in non-traditional contexts, such as link methods, which
have caused so much dyspepsia when applying the current restrictions?
This seems a solution not just searching for a problem, but intent on
creating one.
