There's a difference between these cases. Explicit provision is made
for the Plain/Double/Reverse/Little Bob versus Grandsire/Reverse
Grandsire/Double Grandsire/Little Grandsire extension issue in
(G)E.3.(a). No such dispensation is provided for Erin Minimus.
