  Do any other composers on the list use FCOs instead of FCHs?

Glenn:
Yes: I always have done. I suspect that because I find it considerably
easier to work out a route from course A to course B using coursing orders,
then it's more convenient to have falseness expressed in terms of FCOs.
Nowadays, though, the software I use does all the weeding out that I used to
have to do by hand.

I have always done this too.

I found it very strange that while most conductors used COs all
documentation used course heads.
