Hmm, I think I might have found a Maximus course-set which has self-linkage:

Coursing orders =

I haven't double-checked this, but if correct it may give a 10-method 
ATW peal with no repeated leads. (It would certainly allow ATW for 
11-methods, but with one method dropped out we could be unlucky and not 
have a required calling position available).
