Thanks Fred. So we are in the farcical, bizarre situation of the report resulting from a technical consultation needing to be written and submitted on the same day that the consultation is publicly announced.

As a reminder, the CC annual meeting mandating a fundamental all-options-considered rethink and Methods Committee led consultation "as soon as possible" was 10 months ago.

Does anyone have confidence in the process?
