No. It creates and frames the issue to produce the response you want.
It's as if I didn't like ringing minimus, and therefore insisted on
calling four bell ringing shitimus; in that case, as in this one, it
is better to have a non-judgmental name.

Do you mean 4'33"? If so, while silence was certainly a motivation of
the work, the title of the work said nothing about silence, and if you
believe that it is four and a half minutes of silence you have clearly
never listened to a performance of it.
