[r-t] Methods collection

But does this not pose a more fundamental question i.e. If these collections are the personal property of an individual, what has the methods committee been doing for all these years? And should the CC and methods committee be ensuring that they have their own up to date copy of these collections immediately on the CC website to ensure that this situation doesn't re-occur?

So the bastard was holding the methods collections as ransom against the MC's report being rejected -- which would effectively have been a vote of no confidence in the MC. 
How is that remotely acceptable behaviour?
