Robin Woolley asked the committee twice whether there was a plan to
reintroduce them and/or whether there was a list of methods that had
previously been in the collection and were now eligible to be in again.
Both met with silence as far as I'm aware, but there could have been
private correspondence on the subject.

Incidentally, before Ian's post, I contacted Peter Hinton, who has a good
doubles collection up on the cambridgeringing.info website. He has recently
been updating his collection and it's available here:
http://www.cambridgeringing.info/Methods/Doubles/DoublesMethods-listindex.htm

I'm guessing that it's easiest to go from Tony Smith's collection, but
hopefully Peter's collection is a useful independent resource.

All the best,
Dave
