Where, please, do I find the definitions of Bottom Block Maximus (soon to
be Bottom Differential Maximus) and Duke of Ockley Block Minor (soon to be
Duke of Ockley Treble Bob Minor)? Neither seems to appear in the
committee's list of non-method blocks, the oddly named* file

* Why oddly named? It is named blk5, with a five, and is pointed at by a
link headed "Doubles and Higher Stages" in
http://www.methods.org.uk/method-collections/index.htm, yet it actually
starts with some minimus (non-)methods, and, particularly ironically,
contains no doubles methods at all.
