[r-t] Pitman's 13440 change compositions

Albert Pitman would not have considered using singles or reversing the tenors, but only 9 years later Chris Forster produced a 13440 exact 3-part of Ashtead. This used singles Before to get the extra course into each part. 

This can then be arranged for the spliced like this:
