Place method.

Surely only for Minimus as the higher even stages have dodges in them.

This feature is true also for Reverse Canterbury Pleasure PLACE Double which becomes a Bob method at higher stages.

Do "Bob" or "Place" actually convey much to the ringer of such methods?

Well, perhaps Place does as it means no dodges but Bob then becomes the "everything else" category.
