[r-t] Extension question

If a band were to ring the following royal method, the obvious extension of
Semiquincentenary Alliance Major:

x3x4x25x36x47x58x6x7x8.9,2

would they be:

- required to call is Semiquincentenary?

- prohibited from calling it Semiquincentenary?

- or allowed to call it Semiquincentenary if they so chose, but also to
call it something else if they preferred?
