For sure; so I suppose if the Hamiltonian decomposes into a single 
4-part block you have a peal immediately, but if not there's not much 
chance of joining the separate blocks?

Your paper says you've found at least one cycle for this group - 
presumably this wasn't a peal? What do you think the chances of finding 
one that does work are? An exact four-part would be rather lovely!
