[r-t] Smith's Theorem

Hi All,

Following Don's request, I'm attaching a pdf of a proof of Smith's 
Theorem. I hope it gets transmitted. I don't apologise for the lack of 
formal mathematical jargon - doesn't stop the Theorem being true, of course.

b.t.w., a quick search shows that the longest touch of Grandsire Doubles 
using lead end calls only is 89.

Haven't we discussed this all before, anyway?
