It is the 2nds and 3rds place made when the treble is in 3-4-5 which is
'missing'. This is a case of the adjacency rule.
In fact, the two are related in the same way that Cambridge S6 is
related to Yorkshire S8 (and thus to Albainian S10 and Southwark S12). I
think of it as the parent being 'pulled apart' when the treble moves
between 1-2 and 3-4 for YS8, 3-4 and 5-6 for AS10, etc.)
