[r-t] Cambridge Surprise Major in the 3-4 Position

3-4 as that fixed pair you have to get into and out of rounds, and that is
the very lead that you have to miss out!

Thinking about this further, perhaps you can let 3 & 4 come home
occasionally and still keep it true. Working on that basis, I have come up
with this, which seems a lot more manageable.
