I'm fairly certain there would have been earlier ones - I've some 
recollection of a 7 part PB8 but by whom and when I can't recall

As a starter for 10, the earliest I recall seeing printed in the RW was one 
by Paul Needham published in 1988 p1056 that had been rung at Sefton in Feb 
1985.
