[r-t] Cheeky Little Surprise Minor

I must admit I'm not au fait with current regulations.  Can I therefore assume that a peal of Minor with just 5000
changes is acceptable.  If so can I ring a peal and replace a course of Bourne with a course of the following method:

x 36 x 14 x 12 x 34   lh 12

That could prove useful if one has a train to catch.  On the other hand is it worth learning the method just to get
to the pub a couple of minutes earlier?
