[Stretham-rec] REC Practices this Week beginning Monday 26 July

Hi all,
Many thanks to those who replied to last weeks email. I will try to respond
to the individual messages. If you have not replied but would like to let
me know what you would like to do going forward then please let me know. It
is important to know what both students and teachers would like to see the
REC provide both at an individual and group level.

As a result of the replies we will, for now, continue with the Monday
online practices. The Wednesday hand bell session will also take place this
week. Zoom invites for these practices along with the Saturday Hand bell
practices are set out below.

This Saturday we plan to be at the actual Stretham REC from 10:00 to 13:00
for those who would like to refresh their handling skills or concentrate on
certain aspects of ringing such as ringing a bell up and down. My motor
skills were certainly a little rusty when I tried to ring a bell down and
make coils!

We will do as we did pre-pandemic in that if you let me know if you would
like to come along we can book a slot for you so you can be assured of a
concentrated practice of at least 30 minutes and you will not have to sit
and wait to ring. There will also be hand bell ringing so please let me
know if you are interested in coming along for that too.
