[Bell Historians] Preservation lists

There is of course Dublin, back 10 1897 and Trebles 1909, but they don't
count as a complete 12. Likewise, Redcliffe don't count as three old
bells were retained. Shrewsbury (1914) were Taylor's first complete such
twelve.
