Hmmm - I think DP might have something to say on this one when he comes back from Malta tomorrow! The York ring were tuned and hung as a 12 in Bb. The fact that the trebles were too light was perhaps inevitable as no-one had tried casting anything similar before. Bow were probably a ring of 10 and 2 sanctus bells. David
