For what it's worth, I have a formula I recently developed that 
relates weight to nominal frequency only. The formula is very simple:

w = 873864563 / f ^ 2 where f is the nominal frequency in Hz and w 
the weight in pounds. The constant is for a middling size Taylor true 
harmonic. Variations for other bells as Dave Kelly's post, and don't 
forget that trebles are always heavier . . .
