on the site of the Pack Horse Lane foundry in Loughborough.

a retirement complex is being built on the site of a former bell foundry.

This is the third foundry site I know of that has been developed for
sheltered housing/retirment homes. The other two are at Devizes and
Warminster. Are there any more?
